We are the Bayou Boys, friends and partners Mo, Christian and Jerry, who own the "Bayou Boys Hospitality Group” based in Lehigh Valley. Back in 2014, we started from scratch with The Bayou in Bethlehem bringing a blast of southern cuisine to the region. From then on, we dedicated ourselves to offering more authentic taste experiences both in Bethlehem and Allentown, PA, with Grain and Queen City BBQ, which have both closed their doors. Nowadays, you can find us at The Bayou: Bethlehem and Easton, Wiz Kidz Bethlehem, and Bayou Boys Pierogies restaurants.
